What do you need to get started?

Our platform is built with an interactive map as the main asset. We need architectural site plan files, level plan files for each building, and unit floor plans, preferably in PDF format. You’ll want to collect images, videos, and virtual tours that help to showcase your residences and amenities.

how long does it take?

If your files are ready to go, we can typically get the bulk of the platform up and running in 8 - 12 weeks. Remember, the YourTour platform is a living, breathing platform that can be very dynamic. Unlike websites where you need to have nearly everything complete to launch, YourTour can launch early with the ability to add content very easily over time.

Can I Control the content?

Absolutely. YourTour is based on a robust content management system at its core to allow you and your team to maintain the platform as a critical sales tool. Occupancy management, photo galleries, apartment views, videos, and virtual tours can be added to the platform easily with real-time updates.

Who do you integrate with?

Integrations are high on our priority list to bring more value to our clients. We already have key integrations with Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, and other important storytelling tools. Our API allows for bi-directional integrations, so we can also provide content for other applications. Integrations include:

What training do you offer?

Our training is extensive and ongoing. In fact, customer success is a cornerstone of our efforts with YourTour. Once the platform launches, we provide full training on both the YourTour application and the Content Management System. In addition, the YourTour Sales Playbook is provided as a value-added service to help you and your sales team implement YourTour into your existing sales process. Ongoing feature releases mean updated training on those features. And we offer customer success stories that can power your own success.

do you work with communities that are planning new development?

Our technology was originally created for blue-sky communities or operational communities that were expanding. We specialize in providing a robust sales tool with YourTour that can help your teams sell something that isn’t built yet. That’s where our experience with 3D Visualization techniques and assets becomes very valuable. But we work with communities of all sorts! Life Plan Communities or Continuing Care Retirement Communities are our bread and butter; however, we also work with Independent Living Rental Model Communities and Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities as well.

Do you work with marketing agencies?

Our team members have been part of the leadership teams in two well-known marketing agencies, so we enjoy partnering very closely with marketing agencies! We can often consult with those agencies to repurpose photography, videos, and other content to integrate into YourTour. We can also help your agency plan a shot sheet for your next photo and video shoot. With our new SiteSee product, we can supply the agency with an interactive map of your campus for your own website that will surely engage and drive leads.

Can you help us produce content?

We have the ability to produce certain types of content (3D floor plans, 2D stick-drawn floor plans, etc.) through our unique partnerships with 3D Visualization Studios. We also can provide strategic recommendations for photographers and videographers who know and value the intersection of Senior Living and storytelling.
