When your brochure is openeD

We record which items are opened, how long each is looked at, and any links followed, and we add a summary of that visit to your record in our customer system so your counselor knows what interested you. We do not record who is holding the phone — the brochure cannot tell you apart from a family member you forwarded it to — but the visit is recorded against your name.

Please treat your brochure link as private

It contains your name, it does not expire, and anyone who has the link can open it. Please do not post it publicly.

YourTour Brochure & AI

Nothing you do in the tour or the brochure is sent to any AI service. We do not sell your information.

Data Retention

We keep this information so we can help you, and we do not set a deletion date. You can ask us to delete your brochure activity and your details at any time by contacting us at support@thevectre.com. Some information may remain in the community’s customer-relationship records where we are required to keep it.
