Residence Favoriting Capability: Introduced this major new functionality to favorite specific residences (in addition to amenities and floor plans), which is especially useful for new expansions and efficiently showcasing newly available units to a waitlist. This feature shows these favorite units within YourTour’s Interactive Map and within the Persoanlized Interactive Brochure.
Favorited Amenity Indicators: Favorited amenities are now visually indicated directly on the interactive map with a heart icon.
Interactive Map in Brochure: The Personalized Interactive Brochure now incorporates the interactive community map, allowing prospects to view all favorited residences and amenities directly. This is a long-requested feature and is mobile friendly for prospects viewing their Personalized Interactive Brochure on a mobile device.
"My Residences" Section: A new section in the Personalized Interactive Brochure showcases the respective favorited residences, including specific descriptive language for a unit, image-based content like imagery of the view or of the unit itself, and a map that highlights the unit's exact location within the community.
