INTRODUCING TOURGUIDE AI and The TourGuide AI Brochure: a brochure for every lead

Introducing TourGuide AI: the conversational marketing layer that complements, leverages, and integrates with YourTour, our flagship sales enablement platform. While most community websites hand prospects a static PDF campus map, TourGuide AI delivers a living, navigable campus and gives that campus a voice: personal to the prospect, specific to your community, and always in your voice.

• A personalized interactive brochure for every TourGuide AI lead. When a chat ends, the lead receives a valuable leave-behind - their own customized digital brochure.

• Built as they chat. Visitors heart amenities during the conversation, and "Click to favorite" hints show them how. Every amenity they heart goes into their brochure.

• Their picks plus yours. Alongside the lead's favorites, every brochure shows content you choose for the TourGuide AI lead stage, such as popular floor plans and high-value amenities.

• It keeps working after the chat. Visits are tracked and sent to your CRM, just like the YourTour Brochure.

• Converts seamlessly to YourTour. Favorites carry into the lead's first YourTour session, and their brochure upgrades in place, so you don't need a new URL.

Brochure visit data: see who is engaged before you call

• Every brochure visit is recorded. When a brochure is opened, which floor plans, residences and amenities were viewed, for how long, and which links were followed.

• The visit lands in your CRM. It gives the date and time, how long the visit lasted, and the top five items by time spent. Items viewed more than once are flagged as repeat views, a strong sign of interest.

• Both brochures are covered. Visits are tracked on the YourTour Brochure and on the new TourGuide AI Brochure.

Further CRM integration: better data for better insights

• Four CRMs supported: Enquire, Sherpa, Welcome Home and, new in 1.16, Lansdale Group’s Salesforce implementation.

• Create prospects directly from YourTour. Walk-in, or can't find the prospect? Create them in YourTour and they're pushed straight to your CRM.

• More meaningful CRM data. Every session and brochure visit, in both TourGuide AI and YourTour, now sends richer CRM-specific data, so you can answer questions in your CRM like:

  • Are leads from TourGuide AI Sessions more likely to come for an in-person tour?

  • Are leads with TourGuide AI Brochure visits more likely to attend a marketing event?

  • Do depositors with YourTour Sessions place deposits sooner?

• Available residences on the Floor Plans page. Each floor plan can list its available residences. Click one to see it highlighted on the Interactive Map.

• Tell your story, vividly. Build interactive brochure content for each stage of the sales cycle with Photo Galleries, Virtual Tours, Videos, and your own text and images. Share content such as:

  • Priority Membership Benefits

  • Upcoming Marketing Events

• Guide leads and prospects, even when you aren't there. Level of care labels are now available for each map location, guiding prospects to pertinent areas before they zoom in. Location labels can now also appear at the detail level, so prospects stay oriented as they pan.
