YourTour Version 1.4 - Floor Plan Filters, Residence Views, And Vimeo Integration - October 2022

Enhanced Filter Functionality - Within the YourTour Interactive Map and Floor Plans page, our new filter functionality allows granular filtering to enable a much more precise focus on specific floor plan types, number of bedrooms, building or community locations, or occupancy availability options. This new feature helps sales counselors to mitigate The Paradox of Choice for senior living prospects - where too many decisions will inhibit a decision. With our robust filtering capabilities, sales counselors can quickly drill down to showcase floor plans that are aligned with each respective prospect’s lifestyle requirements.

Views from Residences - With this highly-requested feature, sales counselors and marketing teams can easily add image content from a balcony or patio view to showcase within the YourTour Interactive Map. Team members can shoot a view photo and upload it directly into our Content Management System from their phones. Teams can also record videos and upload them to a streaming service (YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia) to attach to a specific residence. This feature helps to scale the sales process so that prospects don’t always have to be present within the community to advance the sales process. We anticipate this feature will be utilized heavily, particularly for waitlist management.

Vimeo Streaming Service Integration - As part of our ongoing integration efforts with other popular platforms, we have integrated Vimeo, a leading video streaming platform, into YourTour. Many communities already utilize Vimeo to host and stream their video content. This allows those communities to leverage that content in a more specific, very tactical sales process within YourTour.
