Media Gallery Favorites - A highly requested feature by many of our clients has been to enable sales counselors to favorite Media Gallery content for prospects while they are utilizing Personalization to build a prospect’s Personalized Interactive Brochure. We’re enabling this function now, so sales teams can highlight content that may not specifically be associated with an amenity or a floor plan. This creates additional capability to overcome objections by including video testimonials or showcasing nearby restaurants, cultural venues, or parks/recreation within photo galleries to enhance the overall lifestyle value proposition you’re presenting.

Pricing Reveal - Many clients were hesitant to incorporate floor plan or unit pricing within YourTour because the pricing showed up as soon as a floor plan or unit was selected if pricing was incorporated into YourTour. With this release, floor plan and/or unit pricing are hidden until the time is right for the sales counselor to reveal the pricing by clicking on a link in the floor plan detail window labeled as “more”. The link doesn’t say “Price” or “Fees” by design.

CRM Integrations - As part of our ongoing integration efforts with other popular platforms, we have integrated Sherpa CRM and WelcomeHome CRM into the YourTour platform. These two join our CRM integration of Enquire that already exists. YourTour inherits prospect data from the CRMs and can push data into the prospect records within the CRMs - a bi-directional push/pull of data to each platform to enhance your sales process. During the Personalization process within YourTour, sales counselors can search for a prospect and connect YourTour to that prospect’s record. Once the salesperson completes the Personalization process for a prospect, the amenities, floor plans, and media gallery content that were favorited will be pushed to the prospect’s record within the CRM along with the URL of the Personalized Interactive Brochure for that respective prospect. These YourTour activities can also be associated with a salesperson’s CRM ID for better tracking and reporting purposes.

Platform Configuration Options - We have made YourTour and its various accompanying products much more flexible with the content that each component displays based on client wishes.

  • Floor plan pricing visibility can now be configured for the Personalized Interactive Brochure. Communities can choose to show pricing or not show pricing as a global setting for all of the Personalized Interactive Brochures created through YourTour.

  • Unit/floor plan pricing and unit occupancy status visibility can now be configured per product (YourTour, YourTour Kiosk Mode, and SiteSee).

  • Initial place label visibility can now be configured per product (YourTour, YourTour Kiosk Mode, and SiteSee).

Prospect/Residence CSV Exports - Teams can now export CSV files that provide various data sets for both prospects and residences to incorporate in other Business Intelligence or data analytics platforms.

Content Management Enhancements - We have added an “authored by” column that identifies the sales team member who created specific content within the system. This may be particularly helpful when viewing the prospects that have been entered into YourTour.

Security and Platform Enhancements - We have moved our platform to a recent software version of the Content Management Platform (Drupal) that we utilize to make continued enhancements and advancements to the YourTour platform for years to come. In addition, it provides greater data management features along with performance enhancements. We have enhanced our WebOps solution through our hosting platform, Pantheon, to provide faster response of the platform along with streamlined, efficient product development of the YourTour Software-as-a-Service platform.
