New Personalized Interactive Brochure Features - With our last release of YourTour Version 1.5, we provided sales counselors with the capability to favorite Media Gallery content while building a Personalized Interactive Brochure for a prospect. With this release, our Personalized Interactive Brochure is now the single source of truth your prospect requires to make their decisions!
A highly requested feature by many of our clients is the ability for prospects to download and print a floor plan. With our new capability to upload PDF documents of floor plans, prospects can download and print those files on their own from their Personalized Interactive Brochure.
In addition, sales and marketing teams can now showcase PDF documents within a section of the Personalized Interactive Brochure called “My Resources”. Sales and marketing teams can incorporate PDF documents like sample dining menus, sample activity calendars, pricing sheets, contracts, or other documents that prospects may be interested in downloading and printing. Sales and marketing teams can also add links to external websites like the local Chamber of Commerce, social media pages, or other helpful links.
The big benefit to sales teams is that once the PDF document is uploaded or the link is entered into our Content Management System, those documents and links get shared with everyone who has ever received a Personalized Interactive Brochure link or anyone in the future who will receive a link. Our Personalized Interactive Brochure functionality now is the one-stop shop - the single source of truth - for all the relevant content your prospect needs.
Map User Experience Enhancements - To provide directional orientation, we have enhanced the user experience for both sales counselors and prospects by adding a compass rose to the map. You’ll find it in the top right-hand corner. We have now moved the map label toggle to the map navigation in the lower right-hand corner. Speaking of map labels, many of our clients have a substantial density of amenities within their main “clubhouse” building. In most cases, a high quantity of amenity labels causes visual turbulence. Many labels, such as “Mail Room” or “Resident Storage” are simply needed to indicate those secondary amenities are provided, though image content is not necessary to showcase those amenities. In this release, we have established a hierarchy of amenity map labels. Any amenity label will now be hidden by default if that respective amenity does not have any image content (photos, videos, and/or virtual tours). This is automatically adjusted if an amenity is associated with image content. Further, the amenity label will show a “plus” icon within the location. Each of the “plus” icons can be clicked to reveal the amenity label.
Floor Plan Enhancements - Clients involved in the sales process for an expansion or a new community have requested a function to show if a particular floor plan is no longer available or “Sold Out”. We now have a configuration that allows us to place a “Sold Out” banner over the floor plan tile on each floor plan that is no longer available. The “Sold Out” designation is also visible on the floor plan detail page. With this new “Sold Out” banner, we now provide visual cues to prospects that indicate a sense of urgency to make decisions. Of course, our Interactive Map filter functionality allows sales counselors to filter based on a specific unit status as well. Showcasing only available residences can be done in a single mouseclick within our filters.
We have also added some disclaimer language underneath each floor plan image (3D Floor Plan and 2D Floor Plan) on each floor plan detail page. The language states, “Renderings are intended as a general reference. Features, finishes, layout, and measurements may vary.” This language is displayed within the Personalized Interactive Brochure as well.
