YourTour Version 1.7 - Introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Urgency Banners, Filter Residences with A Den, Interactive Map User Enhancements, Analytics, and SiteSee Guides - October 2024

YourTour Introduces Artificial Intelligence (AI) - In version 1.7 of YourTour, we’re now introducing Artificial Intelligence. At the same time, we’re revealing a once-hidden feature that was previously only accessible through our Content Management System. Now sales counselors will be able to incorporate a personalized message in a prospect’s Personalized Interactive Brochure as the final YourTour step. Sales counselors can use AI to write the message or edit it themselves. These personalized messages are present on the Personalized Interactive Brochure and can be modified at any time. We believe this first step of incorporating AI into the YourTour platform will lead to some exciting new enhancements in the future.

Floor Plan Enhancements - Our “Sold Out” feature that we added in the last release has been a big hit. Many clients have requested an expanded feature to indicate the scarcity of floor plans to help drive sales efforts. With this release, a banner will appear on a floor plan tile to indicate when three or fewer residences remain available and will transition to “Sold Out” automatically based on inventory management through our Content Management System.

Additionally, a highly requested feature to allow filtering of residences with a den has been added to our Floor Plan Filter capabilities.

Lastly, floor plans can now be arranged or sorted on the Floor Plans page in one of three ways: Alphabetic (default), Square Feet - Smallest to Largest, or Square Feet - Largest to Smallest.

Interactive Map User Experience Enhancements - We are enhancing the user experience of our Interactive Maps by creating a new method for accessing detailed features of specific community areas. Users will no longer be limited to using only the zoom-in button in the map navigation controls to dive deeper into the map. While the zoom functions will remain available, users will now have the ability to click directly on a building or area within the map to access its details.

Photo Gallery Captions - Add captions to any photo gallery in YourTour to provide added context.

SiteSee Guides - To enhance the experience for senior living prospects using our SiteSee Interactive Map feature, we've added user guides. These guides will help users navigate the map's various features, providing a more intuitive and informative experience. By exploring the community in-depth, prospects can better understand the orientation and layout of the community, including residences and amenities, and the overall lifestyle offered. Note - SiteSee is an optional premium enhancement that can be added easily to your community’s website.

YourTour Analytics - We're thrilled to introduce our initial pilot project for YourTour Analytics. This pilot will offer select community sales and marketing leaders monthly email notifications with links to a comprehensive, interactive data dashboard. We aim to maintain an open dialogue with our clients to ensure the data and business intelligence provided are highly relevant and actionable to enhance their sales and marketing strategies.

Security and Optimization Enhancements - Additional platform optimization and security enhancements have been added to our Content Management System to provide stability and scalability.
