YourTour Version 1.8 - Reserve Now, Filter Enhancements, Personalized Interactive Brochure Enhancements, Analytics - April 2025
YourTour Enhancements and New Features:
“Reserve Now” Feature: We have introduced a "Reserve Now" feature within the specific unit detail window to allow the sales counselor to quickly reserve a residence and change the unit status function. This has been a widely requested feature and will be particularly useful to client communities that are selling an expansion or a new development. All of our YourTour clients receive this convenient feature as long as your community is configured to display occupancy status in YourTour.
Interactive Map and Floor Plan Page Filter Enhancement: We have significantly enhanced our filter functionality on the Interactive Map and the Floor Plans page to allow the ability to select multiple floor plans or other criteria (e.g., filtering apartments to show both 1BR with Den and 2BR with Den). This changes the filtering functionality to an additive filtering vs. the previous subtractive filter functionality.
Personalized Interactive Brochure Enhancements:
Header Language Configuration: A new configuration function allows the ability to change the language displayed in the header that currently states, “John Doe, Your Personalized Interactive Brochure is Ready.”
Sales Counselor Contact Information: Each sales counselor’s office phone number and email address can now be added to the Personalized Interactive Brochure. If no data is present within our content management system for a sales counselor, the community's default contact information will be displayed.
Data and Reporting Enhancements:
YourTour Analytics - In our last release in the fall, we introduced our initial pilot project for YourTour Analytics. The pilot was offered to select community sales and marketing leaders and provided a monthly email notification with links to a comprehensive, interactive data dashboard. Feedback has been very positive, so we want to roll it out to all of our clients. Security and Optimization Enhancements: Additional platform optimization and security enhancements have been added to our Content Management System to provide stability and scalability.
