Personalized Interactive Brochure Enhancements:

Printable Floor Plans: A highly requested feature has been added, allowing each favorited floor plan to be printed by your prospects through their Personalized Interactive Brochure.
Sales Counselor Contact Details: Another highly requested feature has been added. When a sales counselor creates a Personalized Interactive Brochure for a prospect, the sales counselor’s contact info (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number) will be added to the brochure header if that sales counselor’s contact info is present within our Content Management System (CMS). This can be updated within the CMS by editing the sales counselor’s profile.
Urgency Banner Details: Similar to the Floor Plans page within YourTour, a limited inventory banner is displayed beside each floor plan name within the Personalized Interactive Brochure that indicates the remaining number of residences within that respective floor plan type. When a floor plan has no remaining available residences, SOLD OUT is displayed. The Vectre can configure this to show or be disabled.
Photo Captions: Any photo caption that is displayed within YourTour will automatically show here on the Personalized Interactive Brochure.

YourTour Enhancements and New Features:

Mega-Pricing: We released an extremely comprehensive redesign of our pricing module within YourTour to significantly enhance the way that pricing is displayed within both YourTour and on our Personalized Interactive Brochure. This allows Life Plan Communities to incorporate more robust pricing of multiple financial plans.
Reserved Unit User Experience Update: We have enhanced the visual nature of reserved units to allow for a more distinguishable understanding of residence availability.
